Some of the information on there is also useful if toddlers are part of your school.

Registration with Ofsted or the Childcare Register

Do toddler groups and schools for bilingual children have to register with Ofsted or the Chilldcare Register? Or would they want to?

Obviously, a registration with either comes with additional paperwork; however, once a group or school is registered parents can pay by using tax-free childcare schemes.

So, when does a group or school have to, and when can they choose to register voluntarily?
